Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the mc20 platform — whether via the official website or mobile app — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the mc20 platform.
Use of the mc20 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration;
- Is a valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident;
- Is not prohibited by local law or court order from accessing online betting platforms;
- Registering on your own behalf only, and not on behalf of any other person.
Mc20 reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate existing accounts where there is reasonable cause to believe that the eligibility requirements above have not been met.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account active on mc20. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. mc20 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance, account security, or withdrawal processing purposes.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. mc20 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Prohibited Conduct
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform;
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
- Submitting false or misleading information during registration or verification;
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the mc20 platform.
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the mc20 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency payment methods are accepted unless otherwise stated in writing by mc20.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change. Successful deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider. mc20 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed within business hours, subject to the completion of required security checks. mc20 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for investigation purposes if fraud or a breach of terms is suspected. Funds will only be released to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by management.
Transaction Errors
In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, mc20 reserves the right to correct the error without prior authorisation from you. You are responsible for reporting any transaction discrepancies within 48 hours of occurrence.
Account Policy — Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability

Mc20 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has:
- Violated any term set out in this document;
- Providing false or misleading information during registration;
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation;
- Registering more than one account;
- Is under 18 years of age.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, mc20 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Any balance found to be legitimate will be returned in accordance with our internal review process.
Limitation of Liability
Mc20 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond our control. mc20's total liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the date the claim arose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mc20 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of mc20 or its respective licensors. No part of this platform may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mc20.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the mc20 platform shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
